Cancellation Policy

Understanding our project cancellation terms and procedures.

1. Cancellation by Client

Clients may request cancellation of services under the following terms:

  • Before project start: Full refund minus any third-party costs incurred
  • During initial phase (up to 25% completion): 75% refund of remaining balance
  • During development (25-75% completion): Pro-rated refund based on work completed
  • Near completion (75%+ done): No refund; client receives all completed work

2. Cancellation by Emizhi Digital

We reserve the right to cancel services in the following situations:

  • Client non-payment after multiple reminders
  • Violation of our terms and conditions
  • Requests for illegal or unethical services
  • Prolonged project inactivity (over 90 days) due to client

In such cases, clients will receive completed work and a pro-rated refund for undelivered services.

3. Cancellation Process

  1. Submit written cancellation request to your project manager
  2. Provide reason for cancellation (optional but helpful)
  3. We will review and respond within 2 business days
  4. Final settlement calculated based on work completed
  5. All deliverables and assets transferred within 7 days

4. Retainer & Subscription Services

For ongoing services:

  • Monthly retainers: 30 days written notice required
  • Annual subscriptions: Cancellation effective at term end
  • No partial month refunds unless specified in agreement
