Pricing & Payment
How do I request a quote?

What is your pricing model?
We offer both fixed-price projects and retainer options. After understanding your needs, we provide a detailed proposal with transparent pricing and clear deliverables.
What payment methods do you accept?
We invoice in INR. International clients can pay in USD, GBP, EUR, or other currencies via international cards (Razorpay), Wise, or bank transfer. For projects, we typically require 50% upfront with balance on completion or milestones.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes. If work has not started, you receive a full refund minus 5% processing. Once work begins, refunds are prorated based on completed milestones. See our Refund Policy for details.
Development Process
What is your development process?
We follow agile methodology: Discovery & planning, Design & prototyping, Development & testing, Deployment, and ongoing Support & maintenance. We maintain transparent communication throughout.
How long does a project take?
Timelines vary: Simple websites 2-4 weeks, custom web applications 6-12 weeks, complex mobile apps 12-20+ weeks. We provide detailed timelines during consultation.
Can you work in my timezone?
Yes. We work with clients globally and can adjust our hours to overlap with your timezone for meetings and real-time collaboration.
What communication tools do you use?
We use email, WhatsApp, Microsoft Teams, and Google Meet for communication. For project management, we use Jira and Zoho Projects.
Technical & Support
What technologies do you use?
React, Next.js, Node.js, Python, PHP, WordPress, Shopify, React Native, Flutter, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and more. We recommend the best technology for each project based on your constraints.
What security measures do you implement?
SSL certificates, data encryption, secure authentication (OAuth, JWT), input validation, SQL injection prevention, XSS protection, and OWASP guidelines compliance.
Will I own the source code?
Yes. Upon full payment, you own all custom code, design files, and deliverables. We provide complete source code and documentation.
Do you provide ongoing support?
Yes. We offer maintenance packages including regular updates, security patches, bug fixes, performance optimization, and feature enhancements.
Do you sign NDAs?
Absolutely. We understand the importance of confidentiality and are happy to sign NDAs before discussing project details.
