What does Emizhi Digital do?

We are a technology advisory firm. We diagnose what's broken in your technology systems and provide the clarity to fix it. Our core engagements are the Systems Health Check (diagnostic audit), Fractional CTO (ongoing technology leadership), and Targeted AI & Automation advisory. When diagnosis reveals work your team can't execute, we implement selectively — but only after diagnosis.

Do you offer AI and ML consultation?

Yes — but only through a diagnosis-first approach. We evaluate where AI and automation create measurable value in your operations, not where they sound impressive. We start with a process audit, quantify the ROI, and only recommend implementation when the case is clear. If AI is not the right answer, we will tell you.

Can you help with existing systems and integrations?

Yes. As part of a Systems Health Check or Fractional CTO engagement, we assess your existing systems, identify integration gaps, and recommend the right approach — whether that is optimizing what you have, replacing what is broken, or connecting systems that should be talking to each other. We diagnose first, then advise on integration strategy.

What kind of companies do you work with?

We work best with growing companies that already spend on technology but lack senior technical leadership — typically 30 to 100 employees with real technology complexity. Both funded startups and established businesses. We focus on clients who want clarity before committing more resources.

Do you work with international clients?

Yes. We serve clients across India, UAE, and globally. Our remote-first approach ensures seamless collaboration regardless of location.

Pricing & Payment

How do I request a quote?

What is your pricing model?

Our Systems Health Check starts at ₹75,000 (fixed price). Fractional CTO engagements are monthly retainers starting at ₹60,000/month. Post-diagnosis implementation is scoped and priced based on diagnostic findings. We provide transparent pricing with clear deliverables before any engagement begins.

What payment methods do you accept?

We invoice in INR. International clients can pay in USD, GBP, EUR, or other currencies via international cards (Razorpay), Wise, or bank transfer. For the Health Check, we require 50% upfront and 50% on delivery.

Do you offer refunds?

Yes. If work has not started, you receive a full refund minus 5% processing. Once work begins, refunds are prorated based on completed milestones. See our Refund Policy for details.

How We Work

How does a typical engagement start?

Every engagement starts with diagnosis. Most clients begin with a Systems Health Check — a structured diagnostic that gives you a clear picture of what is working, what is not, and what to do about it. Based on the findings, we recommend next steps: ongoing advisory (Fractional CTO), targeted fixes, or nothing at all if nothing is broken.

How long does a Systems Health Check take?

Initial findings are typically delivered within one week, subject to scope and system complexity. The process includes a kickoff call, AI-augmented analysis combined with senior architectural review, and a board-grade report with a 30-minute executive debrief.

What happens after the diagnosis?

You receive a prioritised roadmap your team can execute. If your team needs senior oversight for the critical items, we offer Fractional CTO engagements (weekly or monthly). If specific implementation work is required that your team cannot handle, we can execute selectively — but only on diagnostic findings, not standalone briefs.

Can you work in my timezone?

Yes. We work with clients globally and adjust our availability to overlap with your timezone for meetings and real-time collaboration.

What communication tools do you use?

We use email, WhatsApp, and video calls (Google Meet, Microsoft Teams) for client communication. You will always have direct access to the person doing the work.

Security & Confidentiality

What access do you need for a Health Check?

Read-only access to your codebase (GitHub, GitLab, or Bitbucket), cloud console (AWS, Azure, or GCP), and CI/CD pipelines. We never request write access. All access is documented and can be revoked immediately after the engagement.

Is our data and code safe?

Yes. We sign NDAs before any engagement. We work on secure connections, never store your code locally beyond the engagement period, and follow strict confidentiality protocols. We have worked with companies under PCI DSS and SOC2 compliance requirements.

Do you sign NDAs?

Absolutely. We are happy to sign non-disclosure agreements before discussing any project details. Confidentiality is foundational to how we work.

What happens to our data after the engagement?

All client data, access credentials, and working files are securely removed after the engagement is complete. You receive all deliverables, reports, and documentation. We retain nothing without explicit permission.
