Do you offer payment plans?
Yes, for retainer engagements we can split payments. For project work, we typically require 50% upfront and 50% on delivery.
What currencies do you accept?
We invoice in INR. International clients can pay in USD, GBP, EUR, or other currencies via international cards (Razorpay), Wise, or bank transfer.
Is there a minimum commitment?
For retainers, we recommend a 3-month minimum to see meaningful results. One-off engagements like the Systems Health Check have no minimum.
Can we start with a smaller engagement?
Absolutely. Most clients start with a Systems Health Check and then decide on next steps based on the findings.
